Reporting Good
project management includes communication as a high priority. Clear
and concise progress reports will communicate to members the answers to
questions such as, is all going as planned?...on time? and within budget? Regular progress reporting during a project will also identify changes, which need to be made to keep a project plan firmly on track. Reports can be tailored to suit individual requirements, and presented in such a way as to give clear understanding. Reports may include the following information:
