Reporting

Good project management includes communication as a high priority.
Sound mechanisms and processes need to be established and used to keep project sponsors, user representatives and team members informed of the project status.

Clear and concise progress reports will communicate to members the answers to questions such as, is all going as planned?...on time? and within budget?
Therefore a frequent review of the project is essential.

Regular progress reporting during a project will also identify changes, which need to be made to keep a project plan firmly on track.

Reports can be tailored to suit individual requirements, and presented in such a way as to give clear understanding.

Reports may include the following information:

  • Summary Information of Project Status
  • Gannt Charts
  • Budgetary Information
  • Monitoring of Tasks
  • Identifying Critical Paths
  • The Achievement of Milestones

We understand the nature of busy environments, especially when strict timescales have to be adhered too. This places more pressure upon key personnel to obtain up-to-the-minute information quickly. So in response to this, we have built flexibility into our own working practises, which will allow us to provide you with up-to-the-minute information whenever you need it.
